11:00 a.m. Think of two or three moments of your day in which you are strongly under the influence of emotions. Write down those emotions and try to find out what is the trigger of each emotion (it may be the action of a person or situation), as well as the response (in action and/or word) that you have to that particular emotion. For example: I might feel anger and if I think about it, I realise that something my work colleague said triggered it and my response was to shout at my daughter when she called me. After you have those 2 or 3 emotional situation analysed, create a story where you insert the elements you found (trigger and emotion) and you try to find another way to act, avoiding to use the pattern that is unconstructive and blocks the good interaction with the people around you.
