       Movement Module

       Acting Module

       Film module

       Photography module

Description

Acting Module will teach you to look for inspiration in everything around you,

how to move and express yourself by using corporality in motion and body as a mean of communication.

Acting will enrich your life in many ways: from making you more balanced and effective in social and work situations, to helping you be more flexible and adaptable to changing conditions.

Besides, it's just fun!

You don't have to be sociable, loud, attention-grabbing, or any other common idea people have about performers. The best actors are often quiet, thoughtful and in many cases quite reserved, serious or very calm when they are not performing. The main thing is that you should be yourself, be open to trying something new, and be ready to constantly work on creating your acting tools.

If you do practical work on yourself, you will develop a huge talent that no one can take away from you.

Please join us on this wonderful learning journey!

- Introductory video

The Introductory video presents some main features that describe the art of theater. It is a form of art that mirrors life and has an educational purpose, as well. There is also an overview of the course structure.

Managing emotions through theater

Emotions are present in each day of our lives as they are the engine that puts us into motion. Theatre offers the opportunity to people to explore their feelings, be it through theater performance or workshops. Understanding and acknowledging emotions makes it easier to cope with them.

Developing leadership skills by theater methods

Leading and letting ourselves be led are two opposite roles that we might take on in our lives. A true leader is the one that knows how to juggle between the two, knowing how to lead and letting himself be led by listening to the people surrounding him.

Spontaneity as a source of developing freedom of speech

Everyone may get nervous when asked to address an audience. Spontaneity is the ability that helps one to feel free in their speech. It can be explored and trained through theater games.

Famous playwriting characters as life models

Theatre has a special way to engage the audience and transform the characters on stage as models using peoples abilities to empathize and imagine. Due to the special mirror neurons we all have, our imagination is triggered and the characters on stage become images of the people we would like to be or not.

Key elements in managing daily work situations

The video sums up the concepts discussed throughout the course, putting emphasis on the fact that one should always believe we are all equal, even though we are so different. Theater offers us the opportunity to discover more about ourselves and the world surrounding us.
